1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, or connecting to the Emails Verification API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Our platform is designed to promote responsible email marketing and sales outreach. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harvest email addresses from unauthorized scrapers without consent.
- Facilitate high-volume malicious phishing, scam, or malware campaigns.
- Attempt denial-of-service or stress testing attacks against third-party mail servers via our API proxy.
3. Verification Credits & Purchases
Each verification query (single or batch) deducts one (1) credit from your balance. Verification credits purchased on our platform do not expire. Because credits are consumed in real-time as computing resources on remote mail servers, credit packs are non-refundable once used, except in cases where our deliverability accuracy guarantee is breached.
4. Accuracy & Service Availability
While our algorithms achieve a 99% accuracy benchmark across standard business mailboxes, recipient servers may occasionally employ anti-probing defenses, strict rate-limiting, or temporary downtime. We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for our core API endpoints.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emails Verification and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from deliverability outcomes or email campaign results.
