1. Overview and Commitment
Emails Verification ("we", "our", or "the Service") operates an email deliverability and real-time verification platform. We adhere strictly to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and global data privacy standards.
2. Zero Contact Data Retention Policy
When you upload or submit email addresses for verification via our web dashboard or API:
- We only process the email address in volatile memory for the sole purpose of executing DNS, MX, and SMTP diagnostic checks.
- We do NOT build, sell, share, or monetize contact databases from uploaded prospect lists.
- Raw uploaded CSV/TXT files and verification outputs are retained only for temporary download by you and automatically purged from our servers.
3. Information We Collect from Account Holders
To provide account authentication and credit billing, we collect:
- Account credentials (email address and encrypted password hash).
- Usage records (number of credits consumed, timestamps of API requests).
- Payment transaction references processed securely via third-party merchant providers.
4. Data Security and Encryption
All communication between your client browser/API client and our verification servers is encrypted with TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal database resources use AES-256 encryption at rest.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA
